Today, we have made the arrangement to meet the F&B manager at the grand plaza park hotel at 4pm. But we called to delay the meeting at 430pm as we were still watching the movie " Chronicles Of Narnia Prince Caspian ". Nice show and my ger have actually watched it the second time. Finally, we managed to find the carpark lot and waited for the manager at the lobby. The manager came and started to show us around. Initially, the manager asked us whether where we wanted our ROM. My ger must have not updated him that we are planning to held the customery wedding lunch. So he advised us that we need to see the person in charge of the banquet instead. He brought us to the second floor to show us the ballroom while waiting for the person in charge of the banquet.
Basically there is only a ballroom and 2 meeting room in grand plaza park hotel. The ballroom look nice and well decorated. Later we were introduced to the banquet sales manager, Veralyn. She brought us to The Bar and go thru the details. We were told that the ballroom can only accomodated maximum 35 tables. Both of us were quite pleased with the ballroom and the menu of the banquet. We decided to hold on to date that is available and will get back to Veralyn asap.
